Making a Purchase
ONLINE Just browse through the online store, then click on the items you may wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket (ADD TO CART). When you have finished shopping, click on CHECKOUT, and you will be asked to fill in your shipping details, and shipping costs will be added. Click on MAKE PAYMENT. You will then be taken to the Worldpay Secure Payment System to make your card payment. (Worldpay is owned by The Royal Bank of Scotland and is one of the largest internet credit card processors in the world. All your personal information including credit card details are encrypted via the Worldpay secure servers). We accept credit and debit cards as listed below. If you are not a UK customer, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction into your own currency at the current exchange rate.(see currency converter below for an approximate exchange rate). Shipping
UK orders are usually dispatched next day by Royal Mail First Class post or Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service or Business Post.(depending on weight)
International orders are usually dispatched next day by Royal Mail Airmail or Parcelforce delivery service.(depending on weight)
Shipping charges are automatically calculated by our store based on weight.
So an example of shipping charges for 1 item are:

Worldwide 5 - 21 working days

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 17.5%

Returns Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your item, we will give a refund providing the following conditions are met:
(Note that we can only refund shipping costs on goods that are faulty, or supplied in error. Please contact us within 7 days if goods are faulty or supplied in error).
1. Goods should be returned with 28 days.
2. Goods are in unused and original condition.
3. Goods are well packaged to avoid damage in transit.Recommend Proof of posting should be obtained.
4. Returns should include your name, address, order reference and reason for return.
