Problems with shopping cart
Disappearing Cart Contents
The most common cause of this problem is that the shopper does not have
cookies enabled.
Shoppers must have cookies enabled to use our shopping cart (FastCart).
If you're using Internet Explorer 6.0
At the top of the page, on your Task Bar:
Choose TOOLS
Then INTERNET OPTIONS
Click the PRIVACY tab
To change the setting, move the slider down from High, until the Website
Override EDIT button becomes useable.
(This will allow you to override cookie handling for individual websites)
Click EDIT
Type in the box: WWW.FASTCART.CO.UK (This is the address of the
shopping cart website).
Click ALLOW
Click OK
Back in the INTERNET OPTIONS, you must then click APPLY
Then Click OK.
You can then return to www.woolblanketonline.co.uk
to continue shopping.
